• Delivery
  
  All orders come in discreet white envelopes with no markings.
  
  Free delivery means your order is sent via Royal Mail on a second class service.
  
  Most orders will arrive within 2-3 days from your initial order date. Next day guaranteed order will arrive on the next working day only if the order is placed before 2pm. Please note that orders for next day placed before this time on a Friday will de delivered on Monday. This service only applies to Mainland UK destinations (This service to NI takes 2 days.) If your order does not arrive within 15 days, there may be a problem due to inventory backorder or a problem with the mailing address, please contact us if you are facing this problem.
  
  Please note, international orders will arrive within 5-10 days from your order date, and we use TNT which delivers globally.
  
  All packages sent out on next day services require a signature and if a parcel has been sent on next day and there was no-one in sign for it no refund will be given.
  
  
• Return Policy
  
  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund exclusive shipping cost. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 14 days following the receipt of your shipment. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not accept packages with postage due. Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package.
  
  
• Will Viapro affect my current medication?
  
  Viapro is herbal and it is not known to affect any medication.
  
  However, if you are on any medication at all, we do recommend you check with your doctor before using it. Please note: we do not recommend Viapro for people who suffer from high blood pressure, heart conditions or diabetes.
