Methods of Bank Payment

We are happy to accept deposits via bank wire transfer. This is a transfer direct from your bank account to ours. Depending on your bank, there are three possible ways of doing this :

Online

Usually free to use and only takes three working days to clear. The easiest way to transfer money is from an online bank account. Many banks now offer the ability to manage your existing account on the Internet. Please contact your bank for further information.

At your local branch

There are three types of bank wire transfer. For all three you will need to fill in a form provided by your local branch:

(1) Standard Bank Wire Transfer
This takes up to five working days to clear and costs around £15 (or the equivalent in your chosen currency.)

(2) Urgent/Swift Bank Wire Transfer
This takes three working days to clear and costs around £21 (or the equivalent in your chosen currency.)

(3) Chaps (UK only)
This is a UK banking system payment which clears within one working day and costs around £23.

How will I know where to go to pay cash for my purchases?
PayPoint has over 20,000 outlets across the UK. For 95 per cent of all householders there is an outlet within 1 mile in urban areas and 5 miles in rural areas. To find your nearest outlet please visit www.paypoint.com/locator

Where are the PayPoint terminals located?
The terminals are typically located in convenience stores, off licenses, newsagents and general stores. Just look out for the distinctive yellow PayPoint logo or the yellow PayPoint terminal at the cashiers desk. To find your closest Paypoint in-store terminal please visit www.paypoint.com/locator

How long is the barcode valid for?
The length of time a barcode has been set to 3 days. The expiry information is be provided when the barcode is issued.

Is there a limit on the cash payment value transaction?
You will only be able to pay the amount instructed with the barcode. Payment of any other amount is prohibited.

Can I use cash payments to make part of a payment (ie deposit)?
You may only pay the full amount indicated on a barcode invoice or your order will not be confirmed. On ocassion we may offer the opportunity to pay a deposit in cash and the balance of a transaction by another supported means, for example card payment. Contact us for further details.

I do not have access to a printer; can I still pay via PayPoint.net PayCash?
If it is not possible to print the invoice for any reason, the 19-digit code beneath the barcode should be noted and presented to the cashier at the chosen PayPoint Outlet where it can then be entered manually.

Is there a charge to me when I purchase using PayPoint.net PayCash?
There is no charge levied either online or at the point of payment at a PayPoint terminal.

What happens if I have misplaced my printed barcode?
You are not at any risk as there are no personal details on the barcode just pending payment transaction details. Simply return to Viapro.co.uk and choose to 'Pay with cash' again. If your outstanding order was for an offer which is no longer available, please contact us and quote your new barcode ID.
